No, a membership is not required to order our meals. JFM membership gives you a discount that is cost saving if you order meals often.

[accordion-item title=”Can i freeze my meals?”]
If you plan on freezing your meals, please do so immediately. When you plan on eating them, remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator the night before to enjoy the next day.

[accordion-item title=”How long do they stay good for in the refrigerator?”]
Please freeze your meals within 5 days if you do not eat them. When you plan on eating them, remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator the night before to enjoy the next day. You can reheat them using your preference of microwave or oven.

[accordion-item title=”Do you have nutritional info for my meals?”]
All of our product pages display the nutritional information for the meals. This information updates based upon your selections. We use CalorieKing to calculate the nutritional information.

[accordion-item title=”I selected local pick up. Where and when do I pick up my order?”]
Our order cutoff is the 2 days prior to the pickup location schedule. During checkout right after you select a pickup location you will see the delivery date of your order. Orders placed, unless noted for a different date in order notes, will be delivered according to the pick up schedule below on the next upcoming delivery day for your chosen location.  An email notification will be sent as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Orders that are scheduled for pickup from Jimmy’s Famous Seafood restaurant are always made the day after they were ordered and can be picked up in the Carryout until 11:00pm at 6526 Holabird Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224.

*Anytime Fitness locations are staffed until 8pm during the week. They are NOT staffed on Sundays. Only gym members can enter during non staffed hours.

All of our meals are shipped via Fedex perishables. If your package is delayed for any reason they will refrigerate your meals until they go back in transit.

[accordion-item title=”When will my Flat Rate or FedEx order ship?”]
Any 2 day shipping FedEx orders with a residential destination placed Sunday through Tuesday will be shipped out two days after the order is placed. Any Flat Rate or FedEx orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will be shipped out on Monday or the following business day if that Monday is a holiday.  Any FedEx overnight orders will be shipped out the next day after the order is placed as long as the order is placed Sunday through Wednesday.  No orders will be shipped on a Friday.

No, the meals are shipped overnight or 2nd day delivery with gel packs to keep the meals refrigerated.
